● Description:
Hot dipped highway guardrail corrugated beam barrier is the product based on cold bent steel sheet and welded steel pipe, then hot dip highway guard rail the inside and outside surface to make them adhered together tightly with long-term stability.

● Production technics:
◆ Main Facility:
The unique hot dipped galvanized corrugated beam barrier automatic production line in domestic.
◆ Technics characteristic:
The corrugated beam barrier are dipped in zinc liquid for some time, the products will be coated by zinc inside and outside surface, then the surface zinc of the products are blew dried by compressed air. After some time cooling, the products surface will be coated by zinc well-proportioned. The thickness of the zinc coating could be adjusted by change the technics parameter.

● Description:
PE Powder coated beam barrier is the product based on cold bent steel sheet and welded steel pipe, firstly hot dip galvanizing and then powder coated inside and outside surface to make them adhered together tightly with long-term stability.

● Steel raw material: Q235
● Capability:
The beam barrier is dipped and the surface covered by floating PE powder. The PE material has good anticorrosion capability, and good extensibility at low temperature, under normal temperature without impregnant, the degradation time will be over 100 years, so it would have much better capability used between -40℃ and 80℃.
This kind of products can not only assure the anticorrosion capability, but also beautify the environment, they are the ideal products for highway and other roads.

● Description:
Hot dipped galvanized and static electricity spraying steel beam barriers include cold formed wave-shaped steel beams and steel posts which are made of welded steel pipes. For surface treatment, first step is hot dipped galvanized process, then spray a coating of powder on inner and outer surface.
